Caring for Special Children with Love and Hope
On 19th September 2025, Prayas Special School, Amravati, run by Manovikas – Special Children Education Society and supported by the Rotary Club of Amravati Midtown, hosted a heartwarming program titled “Different Flowers, One Garden.” The event beautifully highlighted the message of nurturing children with special needs through love, hope, and collective support.

The program was graced by Dr. Sikandar Adwani, Consultant Neurologist, Director & Healthcare Innovator at Radiant Superspeciality Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre, Amravati, as the Guest Speaker.

Dr. Adwani addressed the importance of understanding and embracing the unique abilities of special children. He emphasized that just like different flowers bring diversity and beauty to a single garden, every child—regardless of challenges—contributes uniquely to society when nurtured with compassion, patience, and awareness.

His insights inspired parents, educators, and volunteers to focus not just on care, but also on empowerment, creating an environment where children can thrive with dignity and confidence.

The gathering also underscored the collective responsibility of the community in supporting inclusive education, therapy, and rehabilitation programs. The collaboration of Manovikas and Rotary further reflected how partnerships can strengthen such noble causes.

Together, let us nurture abilities with love and awareness—because every child is a flower that deserves to bloom.
