The Association of Surgeons of India, Amravati chapter, in collaboration with Dr. Rajendra Gode Medical College, Amravati, organized a public forum to raise awareness about the importance and impact of organ donation. The event was held on 11th June 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The forum featured a special address by Dr. Sikandar Adwani, Senior Neurologist from Radiant Superspeciality Hospital, Amravati, who shared valuable insights on the medical, ethical, and social aspects of organ donation. Dr. Adwani emphasized the urgent need for public participation in organ donation programs and addressed common myths and concerns surrounding the topic.
