The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Amravati Range recently organized a Health Awareness Camp on 18th September 2025 at Manthan Hall, Amravati. The session, titled “Your Brain: The Sharpest Weapon Against Fatigue”, was specially designed for Anti-Corruption Officers to help them understand how neuroscience can play a pivotal role in maintaining focus, energy, and resilience in their demanding profession.
The guest speaker for this enlightening session was Dr. Sikandar Adwani, Senior Neurologist, who shared valuable insights on how the brain functions as a tool to combat fatigue and stress. Drawing from his extensive experience in neurology, Dr. Adwani highlighted practical strategies for enhancing mental stamina, improving alertness, and managing the pressures of a high-stakes career.
The program was hosted by Mr. Maruti Jagtap, Superintendent of Police, ACB Amravati Range, and attended by officers committed to safeguarding integrity and accountability in governance.
Dr. Adwani emphasized that fatigue is not merely physical but deeply rooted in neurological processes. By adopting healthier lifestyle habits, practicing mindfulness, and understanding the science of brain energy, professionals can maintain clarity, decision-making power, and overall well-being.
The interactive session received warm participation, with attendees engaging in thoughtful discussions about how neuroscience can support their everyday responsibilities.
This event reflects Dr. Adwani’s dedication to promoting brain health not only for patients but also for professionals serving society in challenging roles. His message was clear: A healthy mind is the strongest defense against fatigue and stress.
